1) Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)
For pre-production inspections, we randomly inspect every batch of raw materials and components that will be used in your products, foreseeing any possible problems and avoid them, verifying that your product specifications are being met early.
2) During Production Inspection (DPI)
During production inspections usually take place when the products are 20-30% finished. We randomly inspect the finished samples on-site during the manufacturing process. This further confirms the quality of your products and allows any necessary changes to be taken early on. Should any discrepancies found, we will identify the causes and recommend corrective measures for quality improvement.
3) Final Random Inspection (FRI)
During a final random inspection, the random samples are drawn from the finished products based on a statistical sampling method, most commonly ANSI/ASQCE 1.4, MIL-STD-105E or BS6001. The objective is to ***ermine if the inspection results conform to the customer's specifications of size, color, design, style, function, appearance, quantity, markings, bar code, labeling, assortments, packing ***ails and other characteristics that may be relevant to the product. Our engineers verify that the finished shipping lots have been made to your specifications.
